All prices on this order form include VAT and are valid for the period stated on the order form. Changes in the VAT system or changes in legal measures may result in a price change. The prices indicated are "ex warehouse." Packaging and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the order form or invoice.
Santurel B.V. reserves the right to accept or refuse orders. Orders will be refused if there are outstanding invoices. The customer will be informed in writing of the reason for any refusal upon request.
Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt by mail or carrier. Delays in delivery due to postal or carrier delays are outside the responsibility of Santurel B.V.
Your data will never be shared with third parties. They are considered confidential, and only the management of Santurel B.V. has access to them.
The delivered items remain the property of Santurel B.V. until full payment has been made.
The invoice is payable in full within eight days from the invoice date. If payment is not made within this period, an interest rate of 14% will be charged on the outstanding amount. Additionally, without a formal notice, a penalty fee of 20% of the invoice amount, with a minimum of €40, will be charged (Article 1152 of the Civil Code).
If payment is not made within the period, Santurel B.V. is entitled to charge a fee for the reminder letters amounting to €3.72 per reminder, as well as to charge for registered mail costs.
Unless otherwise stipulated by law, the courts of the Ieper district shall have jurisdiction in the event of disputes.
The consumer has the right to inform the seller that they wish to cancel the purchase without paying a penalty and without providing a reason within 14 working days from the day following the delivery of the product. Refunds of the amounts paid by the consumer will be made within thirty days of cancellation and the return of the goods. No fees will be charged for the refund. Shipping and return costs are always the responsibility of the consumer. The right of withdrawal no longer applies after the individual packaging has been opened or if the goods are damaged in any way.
